The countdown to the 45th annual Matanzas 5000 has begun!

ACRR is asking for your partnership in supporting this event in January 2025!  

ACRR’s mission is to promote running/walking as part of a healthy lifestyle.  We believe one of the most important ways we can demonstrate this commitment is by supporting St. Johns County youth running programs through our annual Matanzas 5K.  Each year, 100% of race profits go to the school running programs at St. Johns County high schools and middle schools, as well as the Florida School for the Deaf and Blind.

Since 1989, ACRR has donated more than $300,000 to these programs. This funds the purchase of uniforms, timing equipment, travel expenses, awards, course maintenance, and even running shoes.
